UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Fernwood Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
