UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Amberfield Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Cincinnati. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 404 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
