UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Nest Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
