UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Ivory Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
