UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Richmond, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
