UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Rivermark Fox Pharma Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 291 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
