UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Lumen Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Salt Lake City working with agencies and riders, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around accessibility audits that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
