UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Haven Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
