UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge Cobalt Press is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
