UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge Fox Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Dallas plant. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
