UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Silverline Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Reno with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 861 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
