UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Westbrook North Community Partners runs community programmes across Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
