UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Cincinnati. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
