UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Amberfield North Medical Group is a Charlotte company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
