UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Bluepeak Banking Services is a regional lender in San Diego with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
