UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Community Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
