UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Nova Pine Press Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around press runs that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in press runs. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
