UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Lumen Vista Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
