UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
