UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Pike Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
