UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Summit Willow Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
