UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
