UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Community Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
