UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
