UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
