UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Dallas, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
