UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Tulsa supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
