UX Designer - mobile flows (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
