UX Designer - mobile flows (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
