UX Designer - mobile flows (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Raleigh with a full calendar of events, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around exhibitions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in exhibitions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
