UX Designer - mobile flows (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Banking Services Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
