UX Designer - mobile flows (Providence, RI)

Northwind Corner Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Providence. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
