UX Designer - mobile flows (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Pike Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
