UX Designer - mobile flows (Portland, OR)

Cedar Glen Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
