UX Designer - mobile flows (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Cedar Haven Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 214 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
