UX Designer - mobile flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Amber Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Phoenix. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
