UX Designer - mobile flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Amber Community Partners Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
