UX Designer - mobile flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Amber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Phoenix. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
