UX Designer - mobile flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Quarry Arts Center Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around exhibitions that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
