UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Rowan Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
