UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
