UX Designer - mobile flows (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Philadelphia. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
