UX Designer - mobile flows (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Meadow Markets is a Orlando retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
