UX Designer - mobile flows (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Timber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Omaha. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests.
