UX Designer - mobile flows (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Omaha. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
