UX Designer - mobile flows (New Orleans, LA)

Amberfield Ashton Health Group is a healthcare provider in New Orleans with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
