UX Designer - mobile flows (New Orleans, LA)

Amberfield Fox Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
