UX Designer - mobile flows (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Rook Pharma develops and makes medicines in Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
