UX Designer - mobile flows (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around visitor services that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
