UX Designer - mobile flows (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Wren Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
